The Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia (YACWA) is a non-government youth organisation in Western Australia that seeks to address the exclusion of young people in a rapidly changing society. YACWA is dedicated to providing voice and acting as a role model for the definition and demonstration of youth participation. YACWA’s Youth Educating Peers (YEP) Project aims to increase the WA youth sector’s capacity to support and educate young people on sexual health, relationships and blood-borne virus issues.

FVADP. Forth Valley Alcohol and Drug Partnership

Forth Valley Alcohol & Drug Partnership (FVADP) is a multi-agency partnership established to implement and respond to the national strategies on alcohol, drugs, tobacco and volatile substances. Membership comprises of lead officers and advisors from the appropriate statutory and voluntary bodies from across Forth Valley. Forth Valley Alcohol and Drug Partnership has the responsibility for developing an area -wide substance strategy. The strategy ensures that the appropriate range of treatment options is provided for, and available, at point of need.

TDTF. Tallaght Drugs Task Force

The Tallaght Drugs Task Force (TDTF) is one of 14 Local Drugs Task Forces which were set up in 1997 in areas experiencing high levels of drug misuse. Like other Task Forces, TDTF comprises a partnership between local statutory, voluntary and community sectors. Their role is to prepare and oversee the implementation of the Government’s national drugs strategy at a local level by encouraging co-ordination and co-operation between services and by consulting with local communities to design and deliver services.

NICDTF. North Inner City Drugs Task Force

The North Inner City Drugs Task Force was established in 1997 to develop community responses to the drugs problem in the local area.
