South Caucasus Office on Drugs and Crime (SCODC) is a Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Person created in 2010 under the Law of Georgia.
SCODC, as a Non-Profit NGO, is independent from Governments or private interests.
SCODC is registered in the UNODC NGO Database and PADOR.
In April 2017, the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) adopted the recommendation of the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to grant Special Consultative Status to the South Caucasus Office on Drugs and Crime.

I have medical and legal backgrounds and later in 2009 was awarded by MPA – Master of Public Administration in Public Policy. I have been trained and obtained several certificates like Project in Control Environment (PRINCE2), Results based Management (UNDP), Managing for High Performance (UNOHRM), Results and Teamwork without Authority (UNOHRM), Ethics and Professional Knowledge (UNOHRM), Communication and Standard Business Etiquette (UNOHRM), Social Policy Development (USAID), UNDP Procurement Process, Contract and Finance Management, HIV/AIDS Competence for UN Staff (UNAIDS), Basic and Advanced Security in the Field (UNDSS), Safety and Security Awareness (EUMM), Special Training (Interpol), Ethics Training (UNDP), Prevention of Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Abuse of Authority in the Workplace (UNDP) etc. In 2001-2009 I have worked as a Country Manager of the South Caucasus Anti-Drug (SCAD) programme funded by EU and implemented by UNDP. I managed, coordinated and administered 9 different multi-sectoral projects - Legal assistance, Border Management, Police intelligence, Prevention of drug abuse, Establishment of a drug use monitoring capacity, Forensic Labs, Treatment/rehabilitation in health sector and in prisons and NGO networking. I had several international assignments in Central and South Asia. I supported elaboration of national drug strategy and action plan for Georgia. I assisted several UNODC missions to Georgia.

Through variety programs related to HIV-AIDS and drugs problems, KAPETA Foundation seeks to help people struggling with their recovery to be able to return to their social function in society. The limited dissemination of information and education related to drug problems and HIV-AIDS in Indonesia, led to a diversity of understanding and community perspectives on the matter, if not addressed properly it would lead to a stigma and discrimination that would make drug and HIV-AIDS problems become increasingly complicated to be resolved.
