The General Public
The main objectives of NATReSA are to:
- coordinate and facilitate efforts at national level towards the implementation of programmes for the prevention of substance abuse and the treatment and rehabilitation of substance abusers; and to
- mobilise resources locally and internationally for treatment and rehabilitation of substance abusers; and advise, guide and help voluntary social organisations engaged in the prevention of substance abuse and in the treatment and rehabilitation of substance abusers.
