The Zimbabwe Civil Liberties and Drug Network (ZCLDN), established in 2011, is an independent organisation that aims to minimise the harms associated with drug use and misuse and the governing drug policies in Zimbabwe. It strives to establish workable policies that are grounded in science, public health and human rights.

The main objective of the Zimbabwe Civil Liberties and Drug Network is to synthesise the most effective strategies for dealing with the problems associated with illicit drugs. It plans to assist in the creation of a set of policies that can be utilised to minimise the prevalence of dangerous drugs in the country especially amongst school children and other related age groups.
