Evidence Exchange Network (EENet)

Evidence Exchange Network (EENet) is a mental health and addictions knowledge exchange network that connects stakeholders across Ontario. The EENet community includes researchers, clinicians, decision-makers, service providers, system planners, policymakers, persons with lived experience, and families. The network promotes the use of evidence in decision-making, develops targeted knowledge translation products and tools, and supports interactive exchanges.

CASA Columbia

CASAColumbia is a science-based organisation focused on developing effective solutions to address the disease of addiction and reduce the risks associated with substance use. CASAColumbia strives to provide health care providers, policymakers and individuals with the tools they need to succeed and to remove the stigma of addiction, replacing shame and despair with hope.

PrevNet

Prevnet is an online portal that promotes the dissemination of resources and materials relating to prevention practice, research and policy in Germany. It also includes a database of prevention organisations working on the ground and in policy development across Germany.

Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Training and Technical Assistance Center (PDMP)

Our purpose is to help grantees, organisations, federal partners, and many other stakeholders do their work in planning, implementing and enhancing prescription drug monitoring programmes. The Centre provides assistance with:

  • Developing policy and information for PDMPs
  • Collecting and reporting performance measurements
  • Hosting regional and national conferences
  • Participating in interstate data sharing
  • Planning/implementing new PDMPs

Institute of Drug Dependencies (IDD)

The Institute of Drug Dependencies (IDD) forms part of the organisational structure of the Centre for Treatment of Drug Dependencies (CTDD). It was established by the Ministry of Health in 1998.

IDD has the following principal objectives:

  • research in the field of drug use
  • training of professionals in drug demand reduction programs
  • creation of an information centre
  • international collaboration

MADÁSZSZ

MADÁSZSZ was established by thirteen NGOs in 2004. The organisation offers professional support and assists the communication among its member NGOs. The association expresses its main activities on the field of representing the NGOs of drug-prevention and harm-reduction from the strategic areas of drug-coordination.

Prevention Centre for Addiction and Psychosocial Health Promotion (PRONOI)

PRONOI belongs to the National Network of 72 Prevention Centres established by OKANA (Organization Against Drugs) in cooperation with local authorities and local stakeholders. PRONOI develops and implements interventions primarily in the area of drug, alcohol and tobacco universal prevention; nevertheless, PRONOI’s activities cover other risky behaviours in view of strengthening psychosocial health promotion.

Sevenco Training

Sevenco Training offers alcohol and drug training services with expertise in non-opiate based, psychoactive and hallucinogenic drugs including cannabis, ecstasy, cocaine, alcohol and new psychoactive substances. The organisation offers a range of harm reduction information and support materials.

Venezuela Libre de Drogas

Venezuela Libre de Drogas is a non-profit organisation dedicated to developing and delivering prevention programmes. They strive to promote healthy living and social equality within Venezuelan communities. They also provide consulting services to non-governmental and governmental organisations in the fields of drug prevention and intervention through their group of experts.
